Global Passport Project is aware that confidentiality, integrity and security of the user’s non-public personal information (“Personal Data”) is important for its users.

 

The Personal Data voluntarily and knowingly provided by the user through the Global Passport Project website will be processed according to current European privacy laws, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – “GDPR” and with the ethical and legal principles that Global Passport Project observes and obeys to.

Personal data voluntarily provided by the User

Global Passport Project collects and processes those Personal Data directly and voluntarily provided by the user by filling in the forms displayed on the website in order to register for one or more events and/or to receive information on Global Passport Project services, events and other initiatives. In particular, the following Personal Data are collected and processed: name, surname, address, E-mail, telephone number, tax id number, date of birth, etc.

 

Navigation data

In addition, during their normal operation, the IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire some personal data (so-called “log files”) whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which, by their very nature, allows to identify the user by processing and integrating data by third parties. This category includes the IP addresses or domain names of the users’ devices that connect to the website, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) ​​of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and the user’s IT environment.
